Dan Mangan has won two Juno Awards in Canada at the 41st Juno Awards this weekend just gone by (1st April). 
 

Mangan took the New Artist of the Year award at the Junos Sunday, his second award of the weekend.

The first, handed out at an industry-only gala dinner at the Ottawa Convention Centrey, was Alternative Album of the Year in recognition of his third album, Oh Fortune.
 

Mangan raked in a whopping four nominations this year. “I honestly came here with no expectations whatsoever,” said the singer Saturday, whose parents and fiancée were in the audience. “I’m a big fan of all the other bands [in the category] so this is mind-blowing.”
